WEBSITE TERMS & PRODUCT NOTICES · SEPTEMBER 18, 2026
SafeScan is operated by A 2 Dream LLC, doing business as Group CCO. These notices explain the website’s purpose, product limitations, and responsibilities when evaluating SafeScan.
SafeScan supports facility staff in documenting room checks, resident observations, incidents, and reports. Records reflect information entered by users. The service does not independently establish that supervision occurred or that an entry is complete or accurate.
Administrators and staff remain responsible for checking records and following their facility’s training, schedules, supervision standards, and reporting procedures.
SafeScan is a documentation tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Recording an incident does not contact emergency services or guarantee that a supervisor has been notified. Follow your facility’s response procedures and contact emergency services directly when needed. Do not wait for an app confirmation or reminder before taking required action.
Camera access is needed for QR scanning. NFC requires compatible hardware and configured tags. Reminders and notifications depend on device permissions, settings, power, connectivity, and the build in use. They are not continuous monitoring or guaranteed escalation.
Use established backup procedures if the device, connection, or service is unavailable. A subscription is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service, and this website makes no uptime commitment.
Use only an account and facility workspace you are authorized to access. Protect sign-in details, use accurate facility information, and do not access another facility’s records, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, or interfere with the service.
Before entering personal or sensitive information, the facility must confirm its authority, required notices, appropriate agreements, and approved production configuration. Do not place real resident or regulated health information in demonstration or test builds. Do not send resident records, passwords, or payment-card numbers in ordinary support messages.
The Android screenshots on this website show test build v0.6.0 with fictional demonstration data. The supplied promotional artwork is a brand illustration, not a screenshot or evidence of certification. Interfaces and availability may change as the app develops.
Purchasing a billing membership does not by itself complete staff onboarding, production Android distribution, training, or operational setup. Confirm the current rollout arrangements before adopting SafeScan for live facility work.
Review the billing and cancellation information and the final Stripe checkout terms before subscribing. Each facility has a separate subscription. Do not assume account deletion, app removal, or sign-out cancels recurring billing.
A separately executed facility agreement may address operational access, privacy, record handling, and other service terms. This website notice is not a business associate agreement, a data-processing agreement, or a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. It does not remove rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
SafeScan does not claim that using the app alone makes a facility compliant with HIPAA, licensing rules, or other legal requirements. It does not guarantee resident safety, prevent incidents, or replace professional judgment or direct supervision.
Facilities should assess the product, configuration, contracts, and procedures for their own requirements before production use.
