The current SafeScan facility plan, trial conditions, and how to manage recurring billing. Operator: A 2 Dream LLC, doing business as Group CCO.
The current plan is $99 USD per month per facility, with unlimited staff accounts. Each facility has a separate recurring subscription. Stripe presents the final amount, any applicable taxes or promotion, and payment terms before you subscribe.
Subscription payments renew automatically until canceled. Signing up for an account alone does not complete a paid subscription; review and confirm the Stripe checkout.
An eligible facility’s first subscription starts with a 7-day trial at $0, followed by the $99 monthly recurring price. A payment card is required. Trial eligibility is checked using subscription history; returning facilities may be billed immediately.
Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the first subscription charge. Check the precise trial end and billing dates in Stripe and your facility’s billing details.
1. Sign in to SafeScan with your facility administrator account.
2. Select the facility whose subscription you want to manage.
3. Open its billing management portal. The account and facility review page also routes an existing subscription to billing management.
4. Review the subscription, choose cancellation, and complete the confirmation.
5. Check the effective cancellation date and retain the confirmation.
Repeat this process for any other facility subscriptions you intend to cancel. If billing management is unavailable, ask the account owner to resolve access before the renewal date.
Cancellation changes future renewal according to the effective date shown in billing management. It is separate from a refund of a previous charge and does not automatically delete an account or facility records.
Signing out, uninstalling the app, or removing the plan from your cart does not cancel an existing subscription. This page does not promise a money-back guarantee or limit any refund rights provided by applicable law.
Use the facility’s existing account to manage its subscription. SafeScan checks the facility’s membership before creating checkout and directs existing subscriptions to billing management.
Valid promotion codes can be entered at Stripe checkout. Review the resulting amount and duration before confirming; a promotion may change only the periods specified by its terms.
Subscription membership is linked to the selected SafeScan facility. Staff invitations, devices, rooms, operational access, training, and production Android availability are separate setup steps.
Current Android preview images are test-build demonstrations. Confirm rollout readiness and approved data-handling arrangements before using any system with real resident information.
